LBA requires that each student enrolling in the Barber program meet the following admission requirements:

Complete the Application Agreement

and Student Assessment

Provide proof of at least 16 years of age (using one of the following:

  • a certified copy of a Birth Certificate

  • a copy of a driver's license or state ID

Provide evidence of having graduated from High School or successful completion of the

equivalent of the 12th grade by providing one of the following:​

  • a copy of a high school diploma

  • a copy of a high school transcript

  • a copy of a GED or a copy of a state issued credential for secondary school completion if home schooled

  • a copy of an academic transcript showing completion of at least a two year program that is acceptable towards a bachelors degree

Day and Evening hours available (Monday thru Wednesday 9am - 12pm or 5pm to 9pm)

Financing available at $175 per month 


Amount due at Registration:  $800 (with the kit); $600 (without the kit) 


KIT INCLUDES 
Book Bundle: $300 (Textbook, Exam Review & Student Workbook)

Barber Kit: $200 (Wahl 5 Star Detail Trimmers, Wahl Icon, Mirror, Smock, Cape  and Name Badge)

Nonrefundable Registration fee: $125

First month of Tuition: $175 


STUDENT INCENTIVE 
Every student has the ability to get a maximum of $2,000 or $2,200 applied toward their tuition when student services are provided.  Amount varies based on the purchase of equipment ($2,000 maximum for students who purchase equipment and $2,200 for students who do not purchase equipment).
